1T0920873E eeprom broken

I have a second hand cluster for my touran that someone before me tried to mod and has the eeprom erased. found an eeprom file online an wrote it to see if it will boot up and work. It boots up but the cluster makes no sound at all, no gongs on warning messages etc. also there is Error in the mileage portion which i can get rid of by changing the mileage but i suspect something is still wrong. carprog gives me a messed up immo data back when read. ill post the dump and an image of the messed up data.
Could someone take a look at the file and see if there is anything to be done

Wrote this with carprog. Still showing Error and cluster makes no sound. Can i dump everything needed to make the cluster work with carprog or do i need another tool?

So im screwed? What can be done considering the tools i have to work with?

Succesfully read my current cluster immo data cs,mac,keys etc and wrote them to donor cluster. now do i have to modify te eeprom too? i have attached all dumps i currently have that i am working with, original cluster eeprom and the current eeprom inside the donor cluster + the immo file carprog read from the original cluster that has the keys etc in it. can someone take a look and see if these can be worked with before i try the cluster in the car.


still no beeps when powering the cluster up but i can live with no sounds. original cluster has 24c16 eeprom and "new" has 24c32 eeprom so i just cant write the eeprom over
