I would like to know how to exceed the IQ 100mg on 1.9 tdi edc15

Change injections with a bigger, calibration injector duration for this injector size, change SOI map and put 100mg/stroke in smoke map, driver wish map and torque limiter map. But you have to know with vcds cannot see above 70mg because have diagnostic limit.

I set IQ diagnostic limit to 100mg and boost pressure diagnostic limit to 4000mbar.
