DS4 B1003 configration fault

Hi everyone! I hope its the right place of this thread.
I have a 2012 citroen ds4.
I tried to open rear camera from the settings of the car by the help of LAUNCH car diagnostic device.
But it didn't work and gave b1003 configration fault.
After this fault my front and rear sensors are not working now.
I reverse the settings change but fault stays.
I went to dealer but they didn't solve the problem.
How can I solve the problem?
How should I get the file and upload here?
I need help please!!

Maybe he will help me but he didn't know english for this reason I will translate and try to solve the problem soon.
