Vivaro add blue problem

hi I have a 2018 Vivaro 1.6 there is a fault that keeps popping up. reductant pump. I have put a full add blue tank on but still saying reductant pump fault can anyone help please

On the r9m in the Renault trafic there is a software update of the adblu module under driver seat, logs a lot of glitch’s with pump and injector. Also wires break to adblu pump connection on tank

Can you hear the pump running? Do you have option of pump prime in diagnostics?
