Simtec 71 need help repaire

Hello .

Zafira A simtec 71 problem, engine running at 1400-1500 rpm, diagnosis gives errors:

P0220 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) - High Voltage
P1120 - accelerator pedal position sensor 1 - low voltage
P1122 - 2 pedal position sensor - low voltage
P1550 - electronic throttle control


These points (picture) of the white arrows under the microscope seem to be good, if the reason could be any capacitor black arrow https://mhhauto.com/images/lina/39.gif

They may not seem good, you must be sure of the continuity of connections. Using tweezers, gently check that the joints hold onto the disc. Keep calm and be careful not to short-circuit or break. You won't even see the wire torn off from the plate under a microscope.

Sometimes in this ecu wires are ok but pcb has micro breaking.....and impossible repair

a used one from scrap yard is cheap, better clone/adapt a used one

From my experience fixing is not a solution on this ecus ,because once that solution is removed the wires inside would not be settled anymore and they will break in the future .I always swap them .
