its not picking up any premium sky channels only picks a few and the rest all fta just got the dreambox all working fine and set up using a normal sky dish.

could it be a tuner that is faulty or the lnb on my dish i have used the latest gemini image 4.6 still the same tried latest ccam still the same.

If you want to view premium S*y channels on a dm500s then you need to subscribe to Sky or cardshare. Have a look at the sticky below;

Remember that you also must add a line in the cccam.cfg file with the boxkey that matches your official Sky receiver that the card is paired with, otherwise premium channels will not be cleared by cccam even though you have a valid subsciption!

its not a dm500 its a dm600 i already cardshare like i said it only picks up about 150 channels only picks up a few premium ones and clears them like sky premiere so i know carshare is all set up and working correctly.

missing loads of channels sports,movies ,asian when i say missing they are not even in the user boquets all services or channel line ups.

could the dish be out of alligment or could it be a faulty lnb the box is brand new which i bought from Sat-Shop.

m8 i dont need to read stickys been modding cable tv for years and i know how to network to been doing dboxes back in the days and quite good with seting stuff up must be a newbie on this forum but been using other forums over the years.

the snr is 88% and agc is on 78 moving down 76 using normal sky dish is this ok or is the signal to low some channels work but after a reeboot of the box it says service could not be found.

Try loading a channel list on to the box, may have a old Satellite.xml and has missing transponders.
