EGR off edc16c34

Hello all. Last week I have troubles with Citroen C4 Grand Picasso. Vehicle has DTC regarding to faulty EGR valve.

P0490
P1459
ESP U1208
I beleive it's not the EGR itself, because I try with brand new with no success. May be the body with intake flaps has something wrong.
I try somehow to disable EGR and related DTC but still get ESP light with U1208 code and no auto function for handbrake.

No DTC in engine ECU but still ESP U1208
ESP and handbrake lights on dash.
