Can a colleague help with this file?


VW Crafter 2.5 standard 2008 I have deactivated DPF EGR OFF, but the vehicle has no power, it is very limited.


- does not exceed 3000rpm
- it is difficult to increase power in the first gears
- have no active dtc
- Physical DPF removed completely


Some colleague can generate some adjustment and the car has more power.

this sounds more like a mechanical fault or air leak in fuel system

have you checked for leaks at the return or feed to high pressure pump?

is it smokey ones you hit 3000rpm?

try loosening each injector pipe then tighten while the engine is running?

have a look around the fuel filter is it leaking?

try these as i reckon its something to do with fuel system i doubt i map will fix this problem

Thank you very much for responding, we have verified hoses, pressure and everything looks very good mechanically.


So I thought to adjust some data, if we could get more power by modifying.

I correct the vin of the eeprom manually but when I read it I have xxxxxx

The vehicle improved the acceleration reaction a little, but it continues to take a long time in the first gears to generate power.


Some colleague can make some adjustments to the map to gain more power.
