BMW E61 N52B25U1 177PS upgrade til 218PS N52B25U1 ?

I have a BMW E61 with a N52B25U1 177PS * engine, an intake manifold with an additional flap from the N52B25O1 engine * has been installed in this engine, ECU MSV70
Can you raise the power to 218PS, as in N52B25O1?

Are the N52B25U1 and N52B25O1 engines the same?

Can anyone help with this problem?
I have a modified MAP, but there is no effect.

I changed
11617559523 Intake manifold
11617559530 Breather hose
11617579114 Control unit
11617560538 Control unit.
But I think both Adjustor Unit are not working properly.
Can somebody check that?
