whats a good software or cable to reset the flash counter on my golf 170 siemens ppd 1.2 ecu

As far as I know, only Avdi can do it.

As far as I know, only Avdi can do it.

I have original Avdi and can't reset counter on edc16u1.
On this ecu very hard ;)
