I have this Opel Mokka and i need to change vin to HVAC , climate control module is part of immo , original module is damaged cpu is burn i have a used module , cpu is D70F3585(A1) FJ4-L 1320KEE07 what tool can read this cpu or a tool to write win and pin by obd , op com is not working . Thanx
