This is the only file i have for that ecu. Original in SGO format. So you will need ODIS or VCP or tool capable of writting SGO files. Otherwise ask someone to convert it to bin for use with KTAG.

Unpacked SGO to BIN attached also, guess you will need to read your ecu and paste original content from 0 to 0x20000 as in unpacked bin that area is empty (full of FFs) to use it with ktag.

I would probably go with the sgo flashing if i could.
