I have a Mercedes ECU CDI4 2009 A6461501000
EDC16 CP36
Inside there are:
Flash 58BW016FB7T3
MPC564
I haven't found serial eeprom like ST95320
What tool, device, do I need to read/write serial eeprom, Flash and MPC564?

EEprom is virtually emulated in Flash. There is no Physical EEPROM.

1. Nope. thats Winbond 16Mbit FLASH. This ECU is not like his predecessor with 95320/640 SPI eeprom. The EEPROM is now emulated in software, Its just an adress range in flash.

2. Only BDM can read MPC on-chip flash so reading through BDM is necessary to backup all data. Virtual EEPRM is IN FLASH, so reading complete flash is good enough ( 16Mbit or 2Mbyte).

I have tried already to read with BDM100 and no results.
Do you know a better tool than BDM100?

Yes CMD BDM or ghalletto BDM. I Use CMD on those without any Problem (EDC16+ (CP36))

I can not read this ECU, I have tried with BDM100 and doesn't work.
You mean to remove Flash and to read alone on programmer?
(but I don't have adapter for this Flash, yet, it takes long time to get it/ on the other hand I need just for a car)

You need the right BDM to read it, no need of any desoldering.

CMD1251 or 1255 clone will do the job.

Well done friend CRC is ok. But still impossible to personalise with star.
Keytable is still there and VIN too.

No its not virgin as you still see VIN is there.

But to make it virgin you still need you own software that combines with right Bosch hardware nr. else you get strange things going on with ecu faults or even that it wont start up.
