right here is the question i have read my saab edc16c9 with mpps then i read it over bdm
the obd read has only read the last sector of map
while the bdm read has the last sector and also the first sector of maps you will see what i mean when you look at them both
but the weird thing is that the bdm read and obd read are different at the same map sector
strange

When u read on obd, write on obd.. When u read bdm, write on bdm.. Diferent is because bdm i full read and this is normal.

i know bdm read has to go back on by bdm and obd to obd and no this is not normal..... you did not answer my question nor did you look at the difference between the 2 files,
This is the first time i come across where the map sector that is in the obd read is different to the same map sector on the bdm read even the flap map is non existent on the bdm read its flattened out?
anyway thanks for your reply

Your OBD read is with MPPS ?
If yes you are not alone.
Here is 3 OBD read with - Galetto , KESS and MPPS V18 , compare and you wil see same thing.

Quite common, seems GM took to putting multiple files in the same ECU. This guys explains it about right:
