Hello,
Maybe someone could have some insight on identifing following MCU from Alfa Romeo 159 ESL module, inside is Atmega8L and some kind NEC in qfp64 package. On NEC it says:
NEC
NBS939
71081600
0618KP012
NBS939 stands for NBS (steering lock) node on Fiat, 939 is car model (Alfa 159). Rest is of no help. It has 8MHz oscillator connected on pins marked red. Looked through some datasheets but couldn't find anything similar.
Also found high resolution picture of same module PCB, NEC has different numbers.
Any thoughts on what could it be?
