CF MOTO with PIC16F1933

Hello all !
I have this dash here and try to read mcu PIC16F1933 , but seems to be secured ..
I tried with UPA UUPROGS and ORANGE5 but w/o result.
I see others post data dumps but they don't tell how was readed

Someoen can help me with some info ?

I saw that , but I don t have iprog ...
with uuprogs i read this , please see att.

Hello to all. It is not OK. Try t read only eeprom, last check box or programmer menu.

that's read orange like config

With orange5 work well,done without trable!
But for read need desolder from pcb,because read in pcb just impossible!!
So....desolder and all by fine........:)

Ok , thank you for tip , I readed it , but only DATA area, CODE area read only 3FFF. It's ok ?
Please see att. Can be adjusted somehow ?

No. We need to lift 1 pin!

well , I think somethings was happen because now dash dont startup , looks like dead mcu.
I didnt erase it !
I can read eeprom data from it
Flash only 3FFF ,looks like secured area .
I can read ID =2903 = PIC16F1933
Also I can see CONFIG = 3FFF 3FFF

Does anyone have FLASH content for this mcu ? Possible to be corrupted ?

Long time ago Im have same trable like your's.

1.Bay new pic!
2.Read from same another dash all and try copy to new pic,but nothing.
3.Solved only with next one dash .


Just nice experience with this!
No need play with this , only read right dump fix write back and that's it,no more!!!...........707439
