Renault Clio 4 immo problem / dongle

Hi to all,looking for help with clio 4 2014... car had Escl(elv) problem,so customer had tried to repair it by itself and he failed,so he towed car to me... i found no ignition and elv doesnt unlock... on renolink i did hfm pairing escl with cards,and i got ignition and elv is working and all,but car cranks only for 2 seconds. In hfmodule i have dtc "A0334A DONGLE" and what i could see,the cards are good and elv is good but problem lays down between uch(bcm) and hfmodule that dongle is not registered and "slave" is blank ... didnt find any info on those two,so if any1 have some info,i would like to know just how does that immo system works on clio 4? thx guys and stay safe !

Sry all for being away,my problem was customer changed his EPS(steering) and didnt said that to me,i put his original back and car started! Steering is coded on clio 3 and 4! Cheers
