Data transfer from one eeprom chip to another

We have Toyota prius with eeprom 93c86 with English version and Japanese version.

I want to put English version file on Japanese version, is it simple to do? Can i read the eeepeom through GQ 4X to save the file then simplly write it onto Japanese eeprom chip? Could you please help a newbie? Are there any extra steps involved?

I had exact the same question , and also i also need the tools and some knowledge if some one like share , I understand eeprom is used for mileage correction ect, but how do we get the japanese language to english on conversion on same cluster.
Please Please can any one help us out here. Thank you in advance,

its in eeprom my dear just calculate checksum correctly and copy one to other eeprom
