View Full Version : RNS510 - working but white screen

Hi,

I have RNS510 which is working but screen is grey/white. I tried to swap front panel with LCD and the same state.
I tried setconfig and communication with the radio is OK.
Is there anybody who can tell me where is the problem. I think the main board or some grafical chip has problem.
I would like to flash new FW but without screen it is not easy because sometime I need to click approve on display.

is there some solution to solve this problem.

it is:
3T0 035 680
HW: H11
SW: 1164

Did you swap lcd only,or entire front panel,i mean electronic panel?For sure your problem not on mainboard.

I swaped whole front panel - LCD+board+plastic cover. It is easy to swap front panel - only two cables + SD card reader. but after that the same problem, radio working, but no screen.

Hmm,very strange .But other front panel with display is tested?

hello friend
can you help me in rns510 power switch ways
because the power sw don't work
i tested it but its good
the problem is in link to mainboard
can any one let me the schematics or link ?

Did you check the flat cables connectors on the mainboard? May have be desoldered there. Try pushing on it with the navi powered and see if it appears some image on display.

they work in car but cant terne off

they connection from power sw and flat cable connexion is cut
so for that i need the ways
