focus 1.6 tdci edc16c3/34

quick question is it safe to use my mpps v18 to read and write to these focus 1.6 tdci's what have the edc16c3/34 ecu via obd because from i have reading they can be trouble and the mpps can brick them is this the case with the v18

I done a few of those with mpps v18 just make sure you have over 13v reading and writing I had near 14v when I did it

M8, chinese v18 tends to kill ford edc16c3/34 ecus...must bdm it.

What about Ktag and this ecu type edc16c34 with st95160 and macro Mpc562? here no protocols with this eeprom, just 60 or 66.
Is here solution with this tool?

i have used both china and eu clone both of them did this ecu over obd no problem like i said make sure you have a stable power supply over 13v

but yes bdm is much safer
