BMW X1 E84 Problem CAS3+ car does not light the panel

Hello friends.
I have an X1, E84 CAS3 + system masks 0L15Y, I can't light the panel, I believe there is a problem with the files.
Car changed the battery, after that it didn't start the car anymore.
Only the airbag light and the battery light on the panel turn on when you put the key in the slot and press the start button.


I am sending the CAS3, Eeprom and Flash files.
If anyone can help, I am grateful from now on.
