W204 doorlock dismantle doorlock

Hello guys,

Could someone tell me how to take this lock apart.
W204 2007 doorlock.
I could pick it, with a lishi. The decoding is conclusive
The 10the shim, seems not to be there, and the 8the is a bit stuck.
So the key that i cut, does not turn the lock.

Dont have it nearby, what would good would this do.
I removed the shoulder, so it alligned correct, and thefirst cut is 5.8.
Apllying some pressure, did not leave any markings.

Instacode did not provide a code, with the lishi read out.

Try the trunk..?
In the door lock are only 9 wafers.
In the trunk has 10 wafers,If is saloon.

Car is no longer here, i took the lock out, and placed plastic cap with a ty-rep.
It did have a thrunk lock, did not read that.

So i shall focus on the first 9 cuts, for know.

Thank you for this info.

Knowing now thank to you, that i only have 9 shim, and could read 8 reasable well.
So i changed from
3134343431 to
3134343531 and this turn the doorlock perfect.

So thank you very much!
Soon as the customer comes to pick it up, i will figure out cut 10 from the trunk

I had a few like that. When I couldn't decode 10th cut I was just cutting as 1.
After done a few ,once,I tried the trunk but wouldn't open. thinking one of the locks has been changed,I tried to decode it but the only difference was the 10th cut.

never done but if the outer case is one part then probably you turn it to take the inner cylinder out

Lishi and Lara are made for all hu64 locks not only for w204. Some have 10th cut some not. Also w204 is not the only one with 9cuts.

This sedan, with thrunk lock.
It has 9 shims, in the drivers doorlock.
Hu64, position 10, nearest to tip, did not need cutting to unlock door.
Cut 10 is now, a 1 height.
I Will test the trunk, if it opens
