Renault clio Siemens SIM32 immo off

Hi guys heres one i'm struggling with at the moment, tried every software i have and immo still active when tested on bench, any help will be much appreciated thanks.

Hi,
There is no immo off without emulator on this Clio II. Without connecting it to car immo state will stay ON until it learns code again.

So all the files on the software i have are virgin and not immo off as most state?
