it is better but not good enough . possible make glow work more longer and add fuel on start ?

All is possible but your problem weak starter motor or injectors ;)

All is possible but your problem weak starter motor or injectors ;) starter is good and injectors also good condition . problem is weak engine but customer does not want to repair it cause car left MOT for 1 year and than goes to scrap yard :)
