Renault Megane Senic 2 DCI Bosch EDC16C3 Virign / Self learn ?

Hello

I have the ECU (Bosch EDC16C3 0281011275 8200305678) from Renault Scenic 2004 1,9l DCI 88KW.
I have read 95160 eeprom and i have make Virgin with UID 3.2 and try also with Immo Service Tool.
My question is, if a make this ecu virgin. What next. Is that right, that this ecu is SELF LEARN like cleared Steering Lock (ESL)?
What about the Injector codes are this always different on the same Engine and must be codet on every ECU (EDC16C3) befor star the engine?

UID 3.2 and Immo Service Tool make the same.
1 Option is 90% FFFFFFF....
2 Option is the vin be still there and the software change only from 0040-0080

What is right? what not?
I have read all FFFF is not the right way. So i think Option 2 is better.
Did someone have an experience with it?

i had same issue
you should better change vin directly in dump and then make crc
it will self learn immo code
injectors will not be changed, so you can change it with diag later
