What to do after ecu replacement?

Hi guys. My car is daewoo Lacetti 2010 it is the same as chevrolet cruze
. The ECU in my car need to be replaced but my problems is the immo
.So from which eeprom i have to read the information and rewrite it on the eeprom of the new ECU ?

open the bad ecu and post CLEAR high end pictures of PCB

Rewrite the firmware from the old block to the new one (KESS works well with this ECU). Or solder the flash memory AM29F800. IMMO is in flash.
