BMW E46 320d EDC15M no start after remap Need help

Hi folks, have a situation here, was trying to upload a mod file to a E46 320d 136hp BMW, but when uploading wrining stopped at 5%. I removed the ECU and wrote the file on the bench without problem. Car is doing ID reads and writes without problem on the bench, BUT after that all gauges go to right position,triangle light error on dash and car Cranks ,but not start! Very weird, I scan with diagnostics, NO erroros on DME and no erroros on Immobiliser. Cannot understand what happened. Can you give me an idea, can this car stuck in Boot mode or corrupt eeprom?

Hi, first used Galleto,it gave error, then used Kess on the bench, becsuse Kess couldnt do ftom OBD at first...

Post mod file too!
Open the ECU and look if there are 27C10 instead of 29F10 chips!
Your file is already tuned, may be the previous "master" has change them...

Hi thanks, yes the file is tuned, I tried to increase SVBL, inside there are two chips, they are untouched, as I can see, the car was going well before this.May this crap Galetto made something, but cannot understand why in the diagnostics there is no error in the ecu...

The only thing i can advise you is to make update with WinKFP, Progman, Ista P...
BTW... i always use my FG to do this car and NEVER had any issue (this will not help you to feel better, but is true)
When you try to flash with FG, what you chose? Full, or Tables?
And... post your mod file... you want help, why you shame?

Yes , I use this tool also for this car, made many of them, but this time hit the stone sadly. I write the full tables , my backup file is 256 kb.
I have Ista and Winkfp,but never before did update with it...

Hi, thanks, I think I found the problem, First I make ID and write with Kess without problem, but when I read the file again with Kess, the read file is missing blocks in the begining of the file,e.g. so I think the one of the flashes is corrupt, now I will desolder the chips and check with the programmer, and will solder 27C10 instead. But interesting thing is car doesn't have any dtc's stored...
For checksum of old cars I use Ultimo checksum corrector.

Don't solder 27c10! After will be not possible to flash!

Hi, thanks, I was just soldering sockets. The original chips inside are AM29F010B , I have rewritable 39S010A and AT27C020 chips,so they are rewritable but , will be rewritable after soldering through k-line?
