Kess V2 clone cant read

So i just bought a kess v2 clone and i cant read and doesnt show any battery voltage. I tried putting in a quality sd card and updated it with Update files found on this Forum. Nothing seems to help and Im really confused on All the sd card image writing. Can anyone help?

is it kess china or eu?

Okay, if i get another clone Where should i but it from? any suggestions?

anywhere just make sure its the eu version dont get china its not as stable as eu and will need rework
