MED17.5.1 IMMO DATA TRANSFER

Hi all,

I have a vw touran with MED17.5.1 with a dead ECU
Could someone transfer the immo data from a original to a donor ecu?

ori eprom and donor are empty, read them again and be sure there is data in them this time else no clone possible

I'vie tried to read it few times, i get the same eeprom file every time with either ktag, autotuner, even tried with FVDI boot and same empty eeprom. I've looked around on dumps on the internet and every single one is empty.

there is a very real eeprom only your tool does not readit, to make "full" working clone you need it

check these files for your self

these are just downloaded from this forum to let you see... i use ori ktag and flex tool to do these jobs, eeprom emulated in ext_flash

you use ktag clone?

The read is correct. EEP in this ECU is virtual, it's in XROM - just extract it and job done...

Clone or not it doesn't matter - that's how data is physically stored in this ECU.
