edc17cp14 usa version cant read

hi mates i got strange edc17cp14 usa version it got external flash inside and i cant read it with ktag 7.020 also mpps18 in boot cant read . car is vw jetta 2011y 2.0tdi . i done dozens edc17 ecuss but usa version first time i got , anyone got experience with this ?

Use original tools and you will not have any problems with that

i just used with ktag 716protocol gpt and worked for a while

I have the same problem with the jetta 2.0tdi usa version 2012. I test all kinds of protocols without success. After reading this post I tested protocol 716 and it worked.
