Kess v2 clone - no improvement after tuning

Hi guys,

Can someone help me out?

I have an Kess v2 clone and have been using it for a while. But now im trying to chiptune my Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 105hp from 2013. I have bought 3 different stage 1 maps but none one is giving me more power. The car rides the same as with original map. I tried 3 different maps on 3 different ford focus 3 1.6 tdci 105hp.

The ecu is ECD17C10.

What can be wrong?
The kess is writing fine without any errors..

Can someone give me advise?

sounds more like car engine problem

car engine problem would demnostrate itself on original software too, meaningly car would run like crap even on ori

Engine is fine. I tried the file on 3 cars. All 3 cars drove like ori file..

No i dont tune myself and i bought the file from 2 different tuners.

Do you have angine lights on? Maybe a code? Maybe a westgate hose cut and the car will not boost properly?

Nothing, engine is fine and boost is okey. I tried the maps on 3 different cars..all the cars gad same result..driving like ori file..

Listen if you flashed all files with same tool possible your tool is basted, post your ori file and a tuned file and I will check you files for you

by quick scrolling through the map it is increased properly , i haven't checked all maps but so far is OK ,so maybe the tool has give up, i will check the rest of the maps and post if i see anything wrong , but from experience this file has been done using winols damos so it looks like identical copy , even if he had some mistake you have try 2 different tuners, so definitely is something wrong with your tool

Hi I took a look, quiet map, not very pushed but you have to notice the difference, change your tool, maybe it has writing problems.

write the tuned file read it again compare the tuned file to the tuned file see if anything is missing

thank you. I have Forscan, i will later look if i can log those things.

Does it matter that my car is an Econetic model with 105hp?
there is also a non econetic model with 115HP..

i tried so much things, bought many maps and spend a lot of money but nothing works for me.. im on the enge of loosing my mind pfff

Once i had kind of same problem because of one boost limiter wasnt removed.
Do you have DPF removed? Do you want it to be removed? I Can help you out once i come to work

it is a 105HP engine. 1.6 tdci econetic from 2013 (Focus MK3).

Because of the rules i can not remove my DPF.
so no i have the DPF and dont want to remove it...

So i received a different file, also tuned. But there is again no difference. I think maybe there is something wrong with my Kess. But i dont get any errors when reading and writing.

there is nothing wrong with your kess as new read file is moded file. as i said said earlier i bet there is something wrong with that engine and in stock shape it does not run as it should and that would best be visible on dyno run

But i tested the file on 3 cars and all cars drove like original map...

So, i bought a second Kess V2. Write the tuned file but like the old kess no result.
Car drives like ori file...

Does anyone know what can be wrong?
