Mercedes w220 s320 1037369427 error DPF EGR

I tried EGR Dpf off this car. Is a mercedes w220 s320.
I tried many diferent softwares without sucess.
i use. Ecu safe volta etc ADS dont work. Can someone make DPF EGR off this?

Ecu is EDC16C2
