Toyota Corolla Verso 2000 Transponder type

Hello guys!
Customer lost all keys from Toyota Corolla Verso 1.3 2000year
I have a 4C transponder at the shop, but not a 4D.

Carprog manual is unclear which type that car uses.

Could someone tell if that car should have 4D or 4C keys?

And if it is 4D, is it possible to program 4D? (kinda stupid i know, but just in case someone tried)

Yeah thanks, transpondery.com i have checked also.
Dont know why but on kaos there are multiple topics about people using 4d for before2005, stoooopid.
