View Full Version : Porsche 911 remote key pairing?

hello guys,

how can i pair remote key with the car? The key is original, key led is lighting but central do not react. So i assume its key pairing issue.

Data:
the car is 911, 996, year 2002. It was towed to me after rain flooded. The security unit under the seat was dead so i clone the data into second one. The car is running now but the key remote is not working.

you will need to send the m534 eeprom file , and the key extend number

but if say tht you just cloned m534 immo, you shold check the antenna, jut it.

Aneta looks ok, t trird alos second key which wa sunfortznately also with flat battery so probably also not synchronize. Will try to go to dealer.

Hello guys, i probably find the rootcause of the issue. Somebody swap the units and istead of original M535 put inside M534. Which caused the remotw does not work because of frequency difference. Now imortant question, i have one damage 535, can i swap some RF component to build M535 from M534 unit?

Does anybody knows if the key informatin is stored in serial eeprom or is it stored in microcontroller m37710m?

keys stored in module under driver seat...............eeprom 93lc66A

Thats strange, i copy whole eeprom to anotherunit and the key immo works but the remote not. How is the remote managed. I see that remote receuver is conected to micro controller. Does the microcontroller contain some eeprom also or is the remote alao stored in the 93lc?

So answer myself, yes the key are also stored in eeprom

I hace the same problem, i copy whole eeprom from my old M534 and copy to new one, The Key IMMO works but the remote not.

i have same problem, i clone my IMMO toy new one M534 and the remote doesnt work
