Radio Fiat doblo Blocked/wait

Hy to all, i have a problem with bsch radio of fiat doblo 2012, 815cm730191779135, fiat d225mp3 te sb05, 7 647 301316,
the radio still in blocked wait from few days, i know the code, 1211, but i can't insert it, now the radio is on bench with power supply, attach here the eeprom dump 95640, if somebody can hel me!!
