i am not sure i think its 1,300,000 km
i only have the module when i power it it needs a can signal to display

Well, I have to ask....

If you can't verify the original mileage, how are you going to verify that any correction is good?

ok i can finally verify the correct km on the chip
this file reads 1370862km (from post 1)
and need 407146km

If this file doesn't work you will need to calculate checksum, however mileage is good edited.
