Focus II 1.8 TDCI sid 803A - EGR OFF

Hello! I have a problem with the proper deactivation of EGR in sid 803A-Ford Focus II 1.8 TDCI. I was able to remove DTC P0406 after disconnecting the plug from the EGR but after firing the car three times, the engine failure indicator lights up, there are no errors in the ECU, no power is lost. I need a correct solution to this problem.
