BMW E38 airbag module programming

Hi All,

I have some issues with my BMW e39 1999 airbag module (TEMIC 65776900727 MRSZ3/A V2.5) indicating internal fault.
After my research I will need a virgin data file to clear the eprom of this module (replace the data with a cleared one).

Doe anyone has this file available?
