ECU:
Simos 7.1A, 5WP40435 02

Dash :
Siemens VDO D03 (VDO-024, 8P0920930J)
on my bench...

The original eeprom from dash have been destroyed by another dude and I have no immo key /login from old dash....

Is it possible to make immo off or something to get this car driving for some while?

PS : the car is far away

No problem, but I think it will show "SAFE" in cluster and there will be problems with the electric windows... Right?

Correct , only way to fix that is to program second hand cluster.

Have VCP, VCDS, Super VAG K CAN Plus 2, VAS 5054A ODIS, Iprog V84, Ktag, Kess, MPPS, UUPA-S incl VLADA adapter v3, XGecu incl adapters

Your best solution is to find someone with Online accessfor ODIS and program second hand cluster.

Have returned ecu and cluster without any solution.
