2003 toyota Rav4 immo off 1zz engine..

hello

anyone with Rav 4 1ZZ engine immo off? this vehicle has no immo by default and now it cant start...shows code 99. I wonder what could happen to the ecu... tried many files in an attempt to disable immo but it doesnt work

anyone with off file?
ECU has 93c56
and part numbers are 89661-42A00
cant find original file...the eeprom file was tampered before me

I visited the first garage and they have given me original file for the ecu

Do I try with these files, recode the keys?
This was not done, in other times, to adapt the ecu with immobilizer?

Sorry for the double posting,we proceed; if I don't forget anything
connect the ecu and immobilizer, connect sbb, clear memory faults
we restart the immobilizer, we program all the keys again, the ecu and the immobilizer are synchronized
