Hi guys
could someone help me please ?
I have swapped MJD603.s3 ecu with MJD603.sa with pin code
programmed IMMO , keys and all modules in the car ok
now car is cranking but would not start showing 3 codes
p0095-05 - charge air temperature sensor high input
p0001-06 fuel metering solenoid valve low voltage
u2100 can bus communication error
opcom communicate with all modules fine
Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated

U faults are external, ECU has an issue with something else on the network. What voltages are on the two things showing faults.

In my opinion this is not an ECU problem.
However to make sure you could open ECU and make Clone on BDM port.
This ECU will have External Flash + MPC flash + eeprom.
Easy to do by BDM. And this way you are sure ECU is perfect and donīt have any software issue.

Hi Car will not start as KY and KZ have difrent software im MPC
You need do Full BDM Read and Clone if Flash is same if not you have to swap Flash and rewrite MPC and Eeprom

hi
do not mean to intrude and agree that bdm is the best way but, in my experiences ive noticed the best thing to do is just swap the eeprom and that resolves the problem. The only other thing ive come across is that at times ive had to reset the ecu but for that you would need the pin (extractable from the cluster read usually).
hope this helps too :)

thats ok if the part numbers and software numbers are the same
otherwise you have faults in the ecu you cant remove

if you not wish write in bdm,try make SPS with MDI.if after this the three errors remain, it means that the ecu is defective or you have a problem on the car's electrical installation

Hi.
1.It is important that the air flow sensor is connected, otherwise at 1.3 the engine will not start.
if first solution not work,
2.Make backup(Kess, FVDI,etc) from MJD603.s3 and insert in MJD603.sa, The read map of the sensor are different. Will not start.

I can confirm that the issue is ECU mismatch. I did one two weeks ago with the same issue. I solved it by getting the correct ECU as there were some slight hardware differences inside.
