I have a red pcb kess clone, i have done about 10 remaps using the tool all on the same ecus. MEMS3 td5 ecu. Have never had any issues. I read the orig ecu file and saved it. loaded in a tune file (used this file many times no issues). And the ecu doesn't function . I can run diagnostics on it but it has no outputs functioning ( injector firing etc) also the inputs are all incorrect. If i load the orig file back on it works again correctly. I have tried to write this file to another ecu - same result. I then sent the orig working file to a member and had a stage 1 mod. Same result no outputs etc. He also believed there may have been maps missing from my orig file ? I have also installed k-suite on another P.C and no change.

Winols/kess. The main tune file that i have always used in the past has always worked , until now. You actually kindly wrote me a tune file for it last week using the original file and still had the same result. Its really strange because i can write the orig file back and the ecu works fine again. So to round it all up, i have used.

2 x different files - 1 tested many times ok. One org file modded on here .

Changed p.c and reistalled k-suite.

Attempted tune on 3 x ecus all the same result.

Copied a file from a working one i had tuned in the past - no go.
