SVRL limiter problems

Hi, i just added the svrl limiter to my Passat PD and it does work When the car is stationary but Not When Im driving, Why is that what am i missing?

second thing is that it does Not Sound as brutal as others ive heard, i have All the mufflers deleted, more fuel?

hre is you file fixed, i mean the problem is in torque limiter cut the injection at 4500rpm-30mg but 5000-0mg

When hitting the svrl limiter at 4800 while driving it doesnt pop like it does when the car is stationary. Its like hitting the stock limiter.
