If I understand your question you are asking: "I would like to change the SOI map, can I adjust each individual value or do I need to change the entire map?"
Should that be your question, then the answer is one that applies to every aspect of tuning: Don't change anything unless you have a good reason for doing so.

Well i would Like to change IT because i put a bigger injectors ... Now i have white smoke on higher revs :)

you need to change duration of injectors and then calclulate which EOI are you aiming at, and calculate SOI accordingly

Details- what engine? Which injectors? Why make it so difficult to help you?

Assuming bigger injectors from the same family of engine: find the file of a car which runs those injectors as standard and copy the whole map.
