CHECKSUM OFF, MULTIMAP Infineon B59233

Hi friends, have someone experience with SAK-C167CR-LM alias B59233

I want to write IROM with checksum function off, later maybe multimap function in future.

I have readed out Irom from this microcontroler, but i cant write upgraded Irom back.

Its posible rewrite ROM or need new one microcontroler?

As far as i know you can’t modify irom on c167, as it is factory programmed ROM (Read Only Memory, ROM)

As for the multimap and disable checksums it must be done in flash content.

I know it bro, but if is some hack or i must put new microcontroler.

And im thinkink about change for same mc with rewritable rom (if is someone same useable)

New mc incoming with emty rom? If not solution, must buy some mc´s for some try´s.... (my development have been more expensive after:rofl:)

Thats need to know, so irom is only for better dissasembling code and not need any upgrade.

the question is interesting !! but for example on which car are you testing? Multi map means a map managed by a passenger compartment such as sport, economy, etc.

I have Mercedes Ml 270 cdi . I have seen multimap changing with CC (cruiscontrol button press and brake) work with engine running.

Its making change from one map pack to second (use for manual or automatic) or more mappacks.

Made some research with my brother and found one solution, must test it.

Probably copy IROM to Flash and tell MC where have irom found :chuncky:
