MK3 Golf VR6 immo off 021906256 / 0261 203 969

Evening DK,

I was hoping you can help my friend has put a mk3 golf vr6 engine into his mk2, the immo box is damaged and has 2 ECUs one stock one mapped, he was wanting both immo off (as i believe you can run without the immo box)

attached is both 24c02 reads, however one of the ECUs after comparing to the other and other reads on here it seems different (corrupt maybe?)

Can both these be immo off please
