Remapping with a car that has had Bluefin

Hi there, ive had a car that i want to remap that has had the bluefin remap. ive used the handheld device to remove the map and replace it with the standard map. has any one had any issues with remapping it again as i no the bluefin device locks itself to the ecu. thanks for anyone that can help.
