kia picanto all keys lost

hello i have a kia picanto 2011 petrol all keys lost,tried programing key by obd and it won't let me give me communication error the ecu is kefico 9001040460 KA eeprom 95160 I have read eeprom and written the existing keys and it does not start, any suggestions, could I make you an immo off?

your dump seems to be a virgin file with 000000 PIN code, this will not start the car. I recommended you to do the below :
1- choose a bloank 46 chip
2- pull the ORI PIN code from the correct vehicle VIN
3- use another scan tool to program the new key

if it is still give you an error in the comm. you should verify the comm. may be something wrong with the OBD port. otherwise you need to change the full set (ECU, Immo and key)
