BMW e39 engine needs more torque especially on lower revs. Can someone help? :D would be nice if the engine would not blow up.

If engine is mounted on a boat, need to do MAF less because salt water will destroy MAF sensor.Need to use MAP sensor instead of MAF sensor,so need MAF to Map.
Also Driver wish map must be moded because engine boat must have different response to acceleration than cars.I know that because i tuned few boats engines, EDC15C2, EDC16C39.
