Friends. Please help me clear the bugs

P0101 Trouble Code - Mass Air Flow
P0683 Glow Plug Control Module to PCM Communication
And I still can’t find where the speed limiter is.

P.S.Everything is fine with the wires.The hoses have no holes.
The air gauge was replaced but did not give any results.
I replaced the EGR valve before and it works fine.
And I don’t have pn yet: O.1279
